SoloPro

Scheduling and operations software for field service businesses

Field service companies coordinate skilled labor across geography and time, and most of them still manage that coordination through phone calls, paper forms, and the owner's memory. We spent time understanding how these businesses actually operate before we designed anything.

The case study follows a single job through the system, from the initial phone call through crew scheduling, quoting, and customer preparation. Each design decision is explained alongside the observation that produced it.

StatPacks

Making predictive models transparent and usable

Predictive analytics tools typically show outputs without showing reasoning. StatPacks was designed to make the model's reasoning visible: what it predicts, why, where it's confident, and where it's uncertain.

The case study explains how we approached information density, data transparency, and the challenge of communicating statistical concepts without requiring a statistics background.
